Kamet Trading B.V. is using and storing information of customers in a CRM system. With the support of this CRM system, Kamet Trading B.V. stores the necessary company related personal data to support the whole sales process with the customer. Data stored in your webshop account

We store the following information in our CRM to display in customers personal webshop account: name, (delivery) address (es), telephone number, e-mail address, payment details.

We also store order history in this personal account, including selected delivery options, including the digital items and subscriptions that have been taken out.

The vision of our webshop is to make our customers work easier and less time consuming. That is why we keep this data in the customer webshop account for their easy use. Customers can request to have their data deleted from their webshop account at any time.

Personalization based on account information and search, surf and purchase history

If we know who our customer is (based on CRM data) we can make our marketing more personal.

We can make recommendations and adapt our marketing effort to their preferences. We look at what they previously searched or bought from us. We can give them recommendations via our webshop which products they might need again based on what they have bought before.

We do this based on surfing, searching and purchasing behavior. We collect surfing and search behavior based on cookie techniques, IP address and the unique number that is linked to the mobile device which is used.

We have a legitimate interest in applying this personalization, namely, to make lthey work easier and our store better for our customers. They will find what they are looking for faster and will not be bothered with articles and categories that are not relevant to them.

Personalized emails and push notifications

We regularly have offers, special promotions and news that we want to share with our customers. We share this via email.

We can also email other information, such as the offers, personal recommendations and information. These personal recommendations are based on purchases and visit history in order to make the content of these messages more personal.
