Our online customer portal is designed to make working with Kamet easier and quicker by providing 24/7 access to essential features. As a customer, you can instantly check stock levels and current prices of components for industrial temperature sensors, track lot numbers for MI cable coils, and access important documents such as invoices, packing lists, compliance documents, quotations, and open orders.

This customer portal consolidates all information from Kamet in one place, allowing our customers to quickly acquire information and place orders for the products they need. The portal is available for customers and accessible with a login.

Access to product and price

  • Our standard stock and non-stock items are available online.
  • Customers can search using our item numbers or their own item numbers.
  • Prices for our standard products are accessible online.
  • For items without an online price, it is possible to request a quotation online.
  • Day rate prices for our platinum products, such as platinum bare wire, are available. With this feature, customers can check the prices online on a daily basis between 10 AM and 16 PM

Consult lot lines of product on stock and select the desired coils

  • For our MI cable range, it is possible to consult the lot lines of the coils that we have in stock. This way, you can select the cable that best matches your project needs. All our standard cables are Class 1.
  • Through this list, customers can select the whole coil or part of a coil.
  • After selecting the desired coil, customers can directly place an order online.
  • Customers with an order management system can use the portal lot lines as a reference for the items they want to purchase from Kamet.

Configure your own custom made product online

  • With Kamet’s portal, it is much easier to request custom-made MI cable and semi-finished products online.
  • It is possible to configure products online and directly request a quotation.
  • When configuring a customizable product, fixed product details will be asked. These questions have multiple choice answers that give you direct insight into the different possibilities.
  • The choice for MI cable is enormous. Although 80% of the world uses the same type, 20% require customization. To facilitate easy access to all the options Kamet has to offer in customized MI cable, a configurable MI cable product for RTD and TC is available.
  • The mindset that custom products are handmade/special should be a thought of the past. When working with Kamet, customers can make the choice: do I want to make everything myself or do I want to order it in a semi-finished style?

Insight into your orders and quotes in My Account

  • In the ‘My Account’ section of the portal, it is possible to view open orders, frame contracts, shipments, and invoices.
  • Especially for teams with multiple colleagues working on projects and purchases, it can be beneficial to have an overview of orders that have been placed to source products.

Insight into your packinglists and shipments

  • Under ‘Shipments,’ customers can see which products have been shipped and the associated tracking IDs. This information has, of course, also been sent by email.
  • Packing lists for past shipments are also available for later consultation.
